mellanox网卡对shampo的支持

目前看到的资料是仅ConnectX-7以上的网卡才支持，而且我ConnectX-4 LX的网卡确实用不了。

如果用的是ConnectX-7网卡的话可以用以下命令开启：

ethtool -K enp2s0f0np0 rx-gro-hw on
